GK Diola is an up-and-coming theatre director from Quezon City, Philippines. He is most interested in the adaptation of existing material for the age of social media and artificial intelligence, and the development of sustainable, humane, and care-based theatre making cultures.
A graduate of the BA Theatre Arts program in University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD), he has since founded Platform Playhouse, an independent theatre company that champions experimental plays and emerging voices.
