An original play written for the Philippine Women’s University - Jose Abad Santos Memorial School Quezon City (PWU-JASMS QC). This was written at the request of the school principal, Ms. Diana Gutierrez.
In this story, a village of Filipino mythical creatures exiles an outcast Tikbalang (Stephen Gaddi) when a prophecy of death and darkness befall upon them, but newcomer Tiyanak (Justine Panganiban) discovers that Tikbalang has nothing to do with the recent tragedies. Now, the unlikely duo must battle their own demons to find the real culprit.
As the sole Theatre Arts senior high school student at the time, I was assigned to become the student-instructor for the school’s Speech & Dramatics Elective (junior high school level), whose students were to eventually become the cast of How To Be Friends With A Demon-Child.
